 [x] -> Activates umlauts for new Users in the         
        User-list.                                     
                                                       
 [ ] -> Umlauts are NOT activated and will be          
        converted to ae, oe, ue.                       
                                                       
 This option can be manually edited by pressing the    
 <Tab> key from the newsgroup (areas) window and then  
 selecting Special/Edit.                               
                                                       
 Note: For all other Networks, umlauts are displayed.
