 [ ] ->  8-bit characters in the message body are      
         sent "as is" (converted to either the         
         ISO-8859-1 or the ISO-8859-15 character set). 
                                                       
 [x] ->  OpenXP uses a special encoding called         
         "quoted printable" to encode umlauts and      
         other 8-bit characters so that all systems in 
         the network should be able to transport them  
         correctly.                                    
                                                       
 Normally, this option should be left disabled, unless 
 transport problems are being experienced due to 8-bit 
 characters in your messages.                          
                                                       
 With this option enabled, OpenXP translates INCOMING  
 "quoted printable" messages correctly!
