 Printer settings.                                     
                                                       
 At present they apply only to printing messages with  
 "R", printing with "D" when in the Lister, or when    
 printing the Help pages with <Ctrl-D>.                
                                                       
 The settings are NOT valid when printing from the     
 Editor using <Ctrl-K><P>.
