Message / Fileserver / Request
Z-Netz:
For ordering files from a fileserver. For this to
work the following conditions must be met:\
- That you are permitted access to the fileserver
- that the fileserver is set up under /Edit/Systems
- that you have a file list to order from.
If you do not have a list, order one first with
/Message/Fileserver/List/Request.
If you have a list, select the fileserver you want,
and you are shown the file list. Mark the files you
want to order, and press <Enter>.
OpenXP creates the order automatically ready for
the next netcall.
This function applies the SEND command as implemented
in SendZMsg.
UUCP:
For ordering files from a UUCP file server. The
following conditions must be met:
- The system is entered under /Edit/Systems as a
UUCP-Fileserver
- the system is a server under /Edit/Servers
- The systems offers the service fileserver
- You have a file list to order from
If you do not have a file list, you will have to
one. If you are able to enter the name of the
file-list file under /edit/systems/ in the Index File
box, the list is ordered direct simply with
/Message/fileserver/list/request.
Otherwise you will have to request one by hand.
