OpenXP / Import / Newsgroup list (Z-Netz)
 Normally, a new newsgroup is listed automatically.
 If you want to have all newsgroups to which you can
 subscribe listed, you can read in a list of them
 here (you can get this list from your news server)
 and OpenXP enters all the listed Newsgroups in
 the list. The main Server, as configured under
 /Edit/Servers, will be used as the Server for these
 new newsgroups.
 Note! This function is not designed to give you a
 newsgroup list from which you can select to subscribe
 to. For that, you use /Message/News manager/read file
