OpenXP / Import / Z-Netz Puffer
 This imports a Z-Netz (Zerberus(r) compatible) packet
 in either Netcall or Z-Connect format. This is useful
 in the event that a message puffer needs to be
 read-in without making a netcall; perhaps after
 repairing a message puffer, it could not be read-in
 during the netcall or perhaps a message puffer from
 somewhere else needs to be read-in.
 During the import, any new newsgroups or new users
 for the user list are shown highlighted as usual.
