Edit / Templates / Quote (Pub) 

 Default template for quote-replying to Public         
 messages. Also used when extracting messages          
 (option in /Message/Extract) in quote form.           
                                                       
 You can define different headers for each Newsgroup-  
 group with /Edit/Group/Edit/Template but you have to  
 give them different names using /Edit/Templates/Misc. 
                                                       
 All macros can be used.
