Message / Action / Quote

 A copy of the current message is forwarded to a       
 User or Newsgroup. You can select from a list.        
                                                       
 The "Quote to" template is used and the text is       
 presented to you with quote signs (like the normal    
 <Ctrl-R> reply) in the editor, so that you may add    
 your own text before forwarding the message.
