Message / Fileserver / Transfer  (Z-Netz only)

 With the TRANSFER command, SendZMsg allows files to   
 be ordered for others as well as yourself. This       
 command allows a file to be selected from the         
 relevant file list, then the recipients to be         
 selected.                                             
                                                       
 You need to have authority from the fileserver to use 
 this command.
