Netcall / All

 This makes a Netcall to all the Servers for which the 
 field in "Netcall All" has been enabled in the        
 following dialogue: /Edit/Servers/Edit/Misc           
                                                       
 An input field listing all the Servers to be called   
 will be shown, which may be edited if desired.        
 Servers can be either removed from or added to the    
 list.
