Re-Org / Change Server
 This will re-allocate all newsgroups and or users
 from one Server to another.
 
 This can be important because OpenXP notes
 from which Server messages from Users and Newsgroups
 have come, so as to send any reply out through the
 correct Server. Replying to messages received from
 an old Server produces an error message because the
 reply wants to use a Server that may not exist any
 more.
