Re-Org / DupeKill
 All dupes (duplicate messages) are set to delete.
 
 Dupes can only be recognised as having the same
 message ID and the same send date (i.e. the text
 cannot be evaluated). Normally these should not occur
 anyway but due to errors in net transport, they do
 occur (or if you read in your netcall puffer more
 than once by mistake).
 
 Messages set to "hold" are excluded from the dupe
 check.
 
 The log file DUPES.LOG logs all found dupes.
