Message / Outgoing / Edit 

 If you have an outgoing message currently selected,    
 either normally or in the newsgroup or user window,    
 you can edit its text with this menu item, and ONLY    
 this menu item.                                        
                                                        
 Remember to save it completely after re-editing and    
 confirm in the send window with  that it               
 should be sent (assuming that is what you want).       
 <Esc> aborts, AND DOES NOT SEND THE MESSAGE.
