Fido / File Areas

 Many Fido systems offer areas where files instead of  
 messages are exchanged. These areas are known as file 
 echos. Subscribing to these areas is not done with    
 the normal area manager but with a special type of    
 "file manager".                                       
                                                       
 Under this menu you will find all the functions       
 necessary for administering these file areas. It is   
 analogous to the menu /Message/News manager           
                                                       
 The file manager must be configured first under       
 /Edit/Servers/Edit/Robots before it will function.
