 The newsgroups index (not to be confused with the
 newsgroup database index file BRETTER.IX1) determines
 the order in which the newsgroups are displayed. This
 menu offers functions for rebuilding this index.
 
 The newsgroup order can be changed with "move" in the
 special mode of the newsgroup window.
