Re-Org / Newsgroup index / Rebuild 

 Normally this function is not necessary. Everything
 should work just fine automatically.
 
 The index sets the order in the newsgroup list.
 Should problems arise, that newsgroups are not being
 "entered" at the right place for example, rebuilding
 the index may help.
