Message / Outgoing / View

 Shows you in newsgroup format the list of outgoing     
 messages (ie. those waiting to be dispatched).         
                                                        
 They can be read like any other message.               
                                                        
 OpenXP does this operation by marking all              
 outgoing messages waiting to be sent, then displaying  
 them /Messages/Search/Marked.
