Message / Change / Subject

 You can change the subject of any message.             
 May be useful if the "QPC:" or "DES:" signature for a  
 coded message is somehow wrong.                        
                                                        
 For "Outgoing" Messages, use                           
 /Message/Outgoing/Change.
