Re-Org / Misc.. / Test Messagebase
 Tests the complete message base for errors. Any
 messages detected as defective are set to "delete"
 and marked (in case you want to check them). They
 will be deleted at the next Re-Org. Possibly damaged
 storage files (MPUFFER.*) are also corrected.
 
 Note: If a large number of messages are damaged,
 maybe through a disk crash, is better to correct
 the storage files and re-read them in.
