Message / Change / Type

 Toggles the type of a message between binary and       
 text. This affects only the OpenXP data bank           
 recognition, the message header is not changed. It     
 can help for messages that have been sent as the       
 wrong type, and cannot be recognised by the archive    
 viewer.
